Tina Tang

 
 

Originally from Vancouver Island, Tina started her career at 16 years old at the Kingfisher Resort and Spa.

In 2013 Tina moved to the Okanagan to work at some of the best restaurants in the valley. With only having savoury experience prior to 2015, Tina started to experiment with Pastry Arts and fell in love. She is currently the Pastry Chef at Summerhill Pyramid Winery in Kelowna, BC where they focus on Organic and Sustainable food.

Coming from an Vietnamese background, Tina has always been surrounded by food. She is forantute to travel and immerse herself in new cultures and experience different cuisines. Her favourite food destination is Taipei.

Tina was recently selected as one of Kotush Media’s Top 30 under 30 for 2020. She is grateful for all the mentorship she has received throughout her career to help shape her into the Chef she is today.
