The enormous task of taking twelve or more team members, their food and equipment to Germany is a daunting and very expensive undertaking. Although the team is very active with catering and fundraising activities, sponsorship is of crucial importance. The long and extensive list of expenditures include the following:
Table decoration including a table top, lighting, china, platters, risers, and menu cards
The purchase of specialty equipment, appliances and tools
The purchase of food both prior to departure and during the competition
Transport of the team’s equipment both to and from Stuttgart
Travel including airfare to and from Frankfurt, bus rental to and from Stuttgart
Vehicle rental while in Stuttgart
Hotel accommodations while in Stuttgart
Kitchen Rental while in Stuttgart
Team meals
Team Clothing and laundry
Sponsorship is needed and graciously requested. In return for sponsorship the team will:
Provide limited catering services (details to be established)
Wear corporate logo on team jackets while in competition or at catering events.
Provide links to sponsors on the Team BC website.
Promote and use sponsor’s products including at catering events and at the Culinary Olympics.
Naturally, the Team is willing to consider providing other reasonable and reciprocal services at the sponsor’s request.
